AIC Vietnam provides consulting and outsourcing services on accounting, taxation, labor management, and investment for foreign investors in Vietnam.  Our slogan is “Always By Your Side”.  We started our business in 2008 with a few employees, and now, thanks to all the supports, we have more than 40 employees and 3 branch offices in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh and Yokohama in addition to Hanoi head office.

Our mission is to “Provide comprehensive support from establishment to operation”. We grow up with you during the course of your establishing entities, operating businesses, taking root in Vietnam, training employees as well as developing Vietnamese economy, and strengthening international relationship.

Recently, with the growth of foreign investments, we notice an increasing number of mergers and acquisition as well as business cooperation.  In such a business environment, we support you in selecting and researching other parties, and sufficing regulatory requirements in order to minimize the risks and construct mutually beneficial relationship.  We provide comprehensive and professional support in negotiation, due diligence, contract formation, and registration.
